中西医结合综合疗法对肺心病急性发作期血气分析及心功能的影响

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine impact on blood gas analysis and cardiac function during acute stage of pulmonary heart disease

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对肺心病急性发作期患者血气指标与心功能的影响。方法:收治肺心病急性发作期患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。分别采取中西医结合综合疗法、西医常规疗法,并对比其心功能与血气指标。结果:研究组p H值、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度等血气指标与心率、平均动脉压、左室射血分数等心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的综合疗法对肺心病急性发作期患者可以显著改善血气指标与心功能,为其恢复带来积极影响。

Objective：To explore the effect of combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the index of blood gas analysis and cardiac function in patients with acute attack of pulmonary heart disease.Methods：80 patients with acute attack of pulmonary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.They were taken to integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and routine therapy of Western medicine respectively.Then the cardiac function and blood gas index between groups were compared.Results：The p H,oxygen partial pressure,partial pressure of carbon dioxide and blood oxygen saturation and other cardiac function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group（P0.05）,such as heart rate,mean arterial pressure and left ventricular ejection fraction.Conclusion：Combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly improve the condition of blood gas analysis and cardiac function in patients with acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale,and it has a positive effect on its recovery.
