彩色超声诊断瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入的效果研究

Effect of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterus combined with placenta previa and implantation

目的:探讨彩色超声诊断瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入的效果。方法:收治瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘患者64例,分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用B超检查,研究组采用彩色超声诊断,比较两组诊断结果。结果:研究组诊断符合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:彩色超声诊断瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterus combined with placenta previa and implantation.Methods：64 patients with scar uterus combined with placenta previa and implantation were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was diagnosed by B ultrasonic examination.The study group was diagnosed with color ultrasound.We compared the diagnosis results of two groups.Results：The diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterus combined with placenta previa and implantation was significant.
