重型颅脑损伤患者的并发症预防及护理干预分析

Analysis of complications prevention and nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:分析重型颅脑损伤患者的并发症预防和护理干预。方法:收治重型颅脑损伤患者40例,对其临床并发症的预防和护理情况进行回顾分析。结果:经过相应的护理后,痊愈28例,显效5例,好转6例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%。结论:对于重型颅脑损伤患者临床需要加强患者各项生命体征的观察,建立科学详细的护理措施,才能有效避免患者出现并发症,从而降低临床致残率和死亡率,加快患者脑功能的恢复。

Objective：To analyze the prevention and nursing intervention of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods：40 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected.The prevention and nursing of clinical complications were reviewed and analyzed.Results：After the corresponding nursing,28 cases were cured;5 cases were markedly effective;6 cases were improved;1 case was invalid;the total effective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion：For patients with severe craniocerebral injury,it is necessary to strengthen the observation of the vital signs of the patients,establish scientific and detailed nursing measures,so as to effectively avoid complications of patients,thereby reducing the clinical disability rate and mortality,and speeding up the recovery of brain function.
