精神科护理安全隐患与防范措施

Hidden danger of nursing safety and preventive measures in psychiatric department

精神病是各种有害因素所致的大脑功能紊乱,临床表现为精神活动异常。患者具有一定的特殊性以及受住院环境、抗精神病药物不良反应等诸多因素的影响,可能会出现潜逃、走失、自伤、自杀、伤人、杀人、纵火、破坏公物等现象,给患者本身及他人带来很多不安全因素,也给护理工作带来很多不确定性的安全隐患和风险。为做好精神科护理安全隐患的防范,笔者结合国内外有关文献和工作实际对护理安全隐患进行分析。

A mental patient is a disorder of the brain caused by a variety of harmful factors and a person with a clinical manifestation of abnormal mental activity,patients have certain particularity and is affected by many factors in the environment and anti side effects of antipsychotic drugs,may be lost,self injury,wounding Dutch act absconding murder and arson,vandalism and other phenomena,it brings a lot of unsafe factors to the patients themselves and others,and brings a lot of uncertainty and risk to the nursing work,there are many hidden dangers in psychiatric nursing.In order to do well the hidden danger and prevention of psychiatric nursing,the author analyzes the hidden dangers of nursing safety based on the relevant domestic and foreign literature and work practice,and puts forward some corresponding preventive measures.
