Investigation and study on health risk of field workers in an oilfield

目的:探讨陕西油田野外作业员工健康风险。方法:采用调查问卷调查油田野外作业人员和现场体检采样方法检测现场野外作业员的年龄及患病情况,分析油田野外作业人员健康风险。结果:外派员工总样本例数中≥40岁员工占比90.9%,现场体检采样例数中可达97.1%;≥50岁外派员工和现场体检人员高血压、高血糖及高血脂高于<50岁的员工;现场体检人员高血压、高血糖、高血脂患病率高于外派员工;现场体检各年龄段员工的高血压、高血糖、高血脂患病率高于回顾体检。结论:陕西油田野外作业员的年龄结构不稳定,高龄员工比例过大,≥50岁的员工的高血压、高血糖及高血脂的发病风险高。

Objective：To explore the health risk of field workers in Shanxi oilfield.Methods：We investigated the age and prevalence of field workers in the oilfield using the questionnaire and field operator using sampling method for physical examination.We analyzed the health risks of field workers in the field.Results：Among the total sample number of expatriates,90.9% of the employees were over 40 years old,and the number of sample cases in the physical examination could reach 97.1%.The high blood pressure,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia of the expatriate staff and on-site medical staff of age over 50 years were higher than those of the employees under the age of 50 years.The prevalence rate of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia of on-site medical staff was higher than that of the expatriate staff.The prevalence of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in all age groups of on-site medical staff was higher than that of the retrospective physical examination.Conclusion：The age structure of the field workers in the Shanxi oilfield was unstable,the proportion of senior employees was too large,and the risk of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia was high in employees over 50 years of age.
