都江堰市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病检测效果观察

Situation and effect of AIDS detection in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Dujiangyan City

目的:探讨都江堰市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病检测效果。方法:收治查体受检人员250例作为对照组(自愿检测原则),收治查体受检人员250例作为观察组(主动提供艾滋病检测咨询指南)。比较两组艾滋病同意检测率和阳性率。结果:观察组艾滋病同意检测率高于对照组,艾滋病阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疾病预防控制中心应用PICT策略监测及预防艾滋病效果显著,不仅可以提高人们的检测意识,还能降低艾滋病阳性率。

Objective：To explore the situation and effect of AIDS detection in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Dujiangyan City.Methods：250 subjects were selected as the control group（the voluntary detection principle）.250 subjects were selected as the observation group（initiative to provide AIDS testing and guidance）.We compared the AIDS approval detection rate and positive rate of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the AIDS approval test rate was higher than that of the control group,and the positive rate of AIDS was lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of PICT strategy to monitor and prevent AIDS in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention was significant.It can not only improve people＇s sense of detection,but also reduce the positive rate of AIDS.
