分析疏经通督推拿、康复训练联用对改善脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体运动能力的效果

Analysis of the effect of the combination of dredging and massage and rehabilitation training on the improvement of limb movement ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探究对脑卒中患者应用疏经通督推拿、康复训练联合治疗方式对偏瘫肢体运动能力的改善结果。方法:收治脑卒中患者94例,随机平分两组。对照组采取康复训练治疗方式,观察组应用疏经通督推拿、康复训练联合治疗方式。观察并比较两组患者偏瘫肢体的运动能力。结果:给予对应治方式后,两组患者10 m最大步速测量表、下肢运动功能测评表对应评分均显著优于治疗前,且观察组患者10 m最大步速测量表、下肢运动功能测评表对应评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中患者应用疏经通督推拿、康复训练联合治疗方式实施救治,相较于单纯应用康复训练方式,临床治疗结果显著,对患者偏瘫肢体运动能力的提升具有积极作用。

Objective：To analyze the effect of the combination of dredging and massage and rehabilitation training on the improvement of limb movement ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods：94 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was applied dredging meridians massage and rehabilitation treatment.The movement ability of hemiplegic limbs in the two groups was observed and compared.Results：After the corresponding treatment,the ten meter maximum walking speed measurement table,lower extremity motor function evaluation score table of patients in the two groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the patients in the observation group with ten meter maximum walking speed measurement table,lower extremity motor function evaluation score table were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of cerebral stroke thinning meridians in massage,rehabilitation and treatment implement treatment.Compared with the simple application of rehabilitation training,the clinical treatment results were significant,which has a positive effect on patients with hemiplegia limb movement ability.
