健康教育在宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查中的应用及价值评析

Application and value of health education in screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer

目的:探讨健康教育在宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查中的应用及价值。方法:选择适龄女性1 200例,分为对照组和健康教育组。对照组采取常规健康指导,健康教育组采用全面健康教育,比较两组干预效果。结果:健康教育组对宫颈癌、乳腺癌疾病知识的认知率、参与筛查的积极性评分、健康教育满意评分和疾病筛查率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在宫颈癌乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值高,有利于提升女性对宫颈癌、乳腺癌的认知水平,提高其参与筛查的积极性和对健康教育的满意度。

Objective：To explore the application and value of health education in screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer.Methods：1 200 women of the right age were chosen,and they were divided into the control group and the health education group.The control group was given routine health guidance,and the health education group was given comprehensive health education.We compared the effect of two groups.Results：In the health education group,the awareness rate of cervical cancer and breast cancer knowledge,the score of participating in the screening,the score of health education satisfaction and the rate of disease screening were all higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Health education was of high value in the screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer.It was beneficial to promote women＇s cognitive level of cervical cancer and breast cancer,improve their enthusiasm for screening and the satisfaction of health education.
