老年骨性关节炎应用中医骨科康复治疗的疗效分析

Curative effect of rehabilitation of department of orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis

目的:探讨老年骨性关节炎应用中医骨科康复治疗的疗效。方法:收治老年骨性关节炎患者216例,分为中医组与常规组。常规组采用常规治疗,中医组则在常规组基础上加用中医骨科康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:中医组VAS评分明显低于常规组,JOA评分和总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中医康复治疗老年骨性关节炎能提高治疗效率、有效减轻疼痛、改善生活质量。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of rehabilitation of department of orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Methods：216 elderly patients with osteoarthritis were selected.They were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the conventional group.The conventional group was treated by conventional treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with rehabilitation of department of orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the conventional group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the Chinese medicine group,the VAS score was significantly lower than the conventional group,and the JOA score and the total effective rate were higher than the conventional group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of senile osteoarthritis with rehabilitation of department of orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine can improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the pain and improve the quality of life.
