风险管理在静脉用药调配中心护理质量管理中的实践

Practice of risk management in nursing quality management of intravenous drug dispensing center

目的:讨论风险管理在静脉用药调配中心护理质量管理中的实践。方法:试验组500例,实行风险管理,对照组500例,未实行风险管理。对两组中患者的满意率以及药物配置缺陷的情况、药物配置发生输液反应的情况进行比较。结果:试验组没有发生由于药物调配出现的输液反应。试验组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组出现的药物调配缺陷少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对静脉用药调配中心使用风险管理,减少了静脉用药调配中心出现药物调配的缺陷,提高了患者的满意率。

Objective：To discuss the practice of risk management in nursing quality management of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods：In the experimental group,500 patients were treated with risk management.500 cases of patients with before the risk management were selected as the control group.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the two groups and the defects of the drug allocation were compared,and the cases of drug allocation were compared.Results：The patients in the experimental group did not have the infusion reaction due to the drug dispensing.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The drug dispensing defects in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The risk management of intravenous medication deployment center reduces the defects of drug deployment in the intravenous medication deployment center and improves the patient satisfaction rate.
