性别对本科护生软技能的影响研究

Study on the influence of gender on the soft skills of undergraduate nursing students

目的:了解性别对在校护理本科生非专业技术技能的影响。方法:以倪超等编制的护理本科生非专业技术技能测量表为工具,采取问卷调查的方法对某医科大学在校护理本科生施测,进行统计学分析。结果:女护生总量表得分平均比男护生低9.076分(95%CI-13.332^-4.821)。结论:不同性别本科护生均应提升非专业技术技能,以更好地适应社会。

Objective：To understand the influence of gender on the unprofessional skills of undergraduate nursing undergraduates.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted on the undergraduate nursing students in a medical university with the help of Ni Chao＇s questionnaire of non professional skills,made a statistical analysis.Results：The total score of female students was 9.076 points lower than that of male students（95% CI-13.332^-4.821）.Conclusion：The different gender of undergraduate nursing students should enhance the non professional and technical skills,to better adapt to the society.
