摘要
目的:探讨护理程序在实习护生临床带教中的作用。方法:将护理程序引入临床带教活动中,即将资料的评估、计划、实施、评价贯穿于教学的全过程,并根据护生的素质、学历、实习阶段、能力采取因材施教。结果:提高了护生的实习成绩及工作能力。结论:护理程序可提高护理带教质量,全面提高护生的素质,促进护生的全面发展。
Objective:To explore the role of nursing procedures in clinical nursing students' clinical teaching.Methods:The nursing procedure was introduced into clinical teaching activities,that is data assessment,planning,implementation and evaluation were carried out throughout the whole teaching process,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to the quality of the nursing students,their educational background,the stage of internship and their ability.Results:The students' practice and work ability were improved.Conclusion:Nursing procedures can improve the quality of nursing teaching,improve the quality of nursing students and promote the all-round development of nursing students.
