老年高血压患者应用降压药治疗的临床药学效果研究

Clinical pharmaceutical effect of antihypertensive therapy in elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨老年高血压患者应用降压药治疗的临床药学效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者230例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:经治疗,患者收缩压达标率低于舒张压达标率(P<0.05)。不同类型降压药应用后患者血压达标率由低到高依次为呋塞米(50.0%)、贝那普利(66.67%)、活络喜(66.67%)、美托洛尔(71.43%)、卡托普利(72.73%)、吲达帕胺(75.0%)、缬沙坦(77.11%)等。降压药治疗后常见不良反应为头疼头晕、干咳、低血压、水肿、心动过缓等,其中贝那普利导致的不良反应率最高。结论:老年高血压患者应用降压药治疗后效果显著,而控制舒张压的效果明显优于收缩压,但患者用药后会发生程度不同的不良反应,应予以重视。

Objective:To explore the clinical pharmaceutical effect of antihypertensive therapy in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:230 elderly patients with hypertension were selected and the clinical data were reviewed.Results:After treatment,the standard rate of systolic pressure in patients was lower than that of diastolic pressure(P<0.05).The blood pressure control rate from low to high in turn was furosemide(50%),benazepril(66.67%),norvasc(66.67%) and metoprolol(71.43%),captopril(72.73%) and indapamide(75%),valsartan(77.11%).The common adverse reactions after the treatment of antihypertensive drugs were headache,dizziness,dry cough,hypotension,edema,and bradycardia,the rate of adverse reaction caused by benazepril was the highest.Conclusion:The effect of antihypertensive drugs for elderly patients with hypertension was significant,the effect of controlling diastolic pressure was better than that of systolic pressure,the patients will have different degree of adverse reaction after drug use,and we should pay attention to it.
