卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of capreomycin and levofloxacin in the treatment of retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星在治疗复治涂阳肺结核上的临床疗效。方法:收治复治涂阳肺结核的患者100例,随机平分两组,对照组采用3HL2EZ/9HL2E的方法进行治疗,研究组在此基础上联合使用卷曲霉素以及左氧氟沙星进行治疗,治疗结束后对两种组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者病灶吸收率为42%,常规组为28%。观察组患者空洞愈合率为38%,常规组患者为26%。观察组患者不良反应的发生率为14%,对照组为24%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合使用卷曲霉素以及左氧氟沙星对患者进行治疗,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,更加有效地改善患者的临床症状,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of capreomycin and levofloxacin in the treatment of retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:100 cases of retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was treated with 3 HL2 EZ/9 HL2 E,on this basis,the study group combined with the use of capreomycin and levofloxacin,we analyzed and compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment.Results:The absorption rate of the patients in the observation group was 42%,and the routine group was 28%.The rate of cavity healing was 38% in the observation group and 26% in the routine group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 14% in the observation group and 24% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of capreomycin and levofloxacin on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
