小儿消化性溃疡的不同治疗方法比较

Comparison of different treatment methods for peptic ulcer in children

目的:探讨不同方法治疗小儿消化性溃疡的效果。方法:收治消化性溃疡患儿68例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用枸橼酸铋钾胶囊。结果:观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组溃疡治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:治疗小儿消化性溃疡时,在基础治疗药物的基础上使用枸橼酸铋钾胶囊,能提升治疗效果,降低溃疡复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of different treatment methods for peptic ulcer in children.Methods:68 cases of children with peptic ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,omeprazole,clarithromycin,and the observation group added with bismuth potassium citrate gum on the basis of the control group.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of the ulcer in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of peptic ulcer in children,the use of bismuth potassium citrate gum on the basis of basic therapeutic drugs can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of the ulcer.
