孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma

目的:探讨孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法:收治小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘104例,随机平分两组。常规组患儿接受布地奈德气雾剂治疗,研究组在此基础之上,加用孟鲁司特治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.15%,常规组为82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肺功能改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。咳嗽、哮鸣音、呼吸困难等症状消退时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿予以孟鲁司特治疗,疗效确切,可改善其肺功能,加快临床症状消退。

Objective:To investigate the effect of montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:104 children with cough variant asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,children in the routine group received budesonide aerosol treatment,on this basis,the study group with the treatment of montelukast.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was as high as 96.15%,and the total effective rate of the routine group was up to82.69%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in the study group was obviously superior to that of the routine group(P<0.05).The withdrawal time of cough,wheeze,dyspnea and other symptoms was shorter than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast treatment for children with cough variant asthma is effective and can improve pulmonary function and accelerate the regression of clinical symptoms.
