氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探究氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者72例,分为对照组和研究组,研究组采用氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、血小板聚集率指标和总有效率均优于对照组。结论:氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:72 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were divided into the control group and the study group,the study group was treated with clopidogrel combined with alprostadil,the control group was treated with aspirin,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,platelet aggregation index and total effective rate were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was significant.
