前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者疗效和安全性

Efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病的疗效和安全性。方法:收治老年糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病患者80例,试验组使用前列地尔治疗,对照组实行常规治疗。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率和24 h排泄率均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病联合慢性肾脏疾病的患者实行前列地尔治疗,可以有效地减少不良反应的发生,具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD) in elderly diabetes.Methods:80 cases of senile diabetes with chronic kidney disease were selected.The experimental group were treated with alprostadil,and the control group were treated with routine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excretion rate of 24 h in the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil in elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has high safety.
