超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者应用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:收治闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者52例,均给予超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术治疗,对治疗前后患者视力矫正、眼压改善及不良反应情况进行观察。结果:在视力矫正方面,术后患者视力明显优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);眼压改善方面,术后(11.4±4.2)mm Hg明显低于术前(26.9±17.4)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应方面,早期角膜水肿9例,分离房角时少量出血6例及虹膜炎症反应6例,均给予药物治疗后缓解。结论:对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术方法治疗,可有效改善患者视力。 Objective:To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods:52 patients with angle closure glaucoma with cataract were selected,they were all treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis,the visual correction, the improvement of intraocular pressure and the adverse reaction of the patients before and after the treatment were observed.Results:In the vision correction,the postoperative vision of the patients was better than that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of intraocular pressure improvement,the postoperative was(11.4 ± 4.2)mm Hg which was significantly lower than preoperative(26.9 ± 17.4)mm Hg,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For adverse reactions,early corneal edema in 9 cases,a small amount of bleeding when the separation angle in 6 cases and iris inflammatory reaction in 6 cases,they were all relieved after drug treatment.Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract can improve the patient's eyesight effectively.
