会阴神经阻滞麻醉对临床180例自然分娩的疗效作用

Effect of perineal nerve block anesthesia on 180 cases of natural childbirth

目的:探讨会阴神经阻滞麻醉对自然分娩的疗效。方法:收治自然分娩产妇361例,分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统麻醉,观察组采用双侧会阴神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组患者会阴情况、镇痛效果和第二产程时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:会阴神经阻滞麻醉对自然分娩的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of perineal nerve block anesthesia on natural childbirth.Methods:361 cases of pregnant women with natural childbirth were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with traditional anesthesia,the observation group was treated with bilateral perineal nerve block,we compared the anesthetic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,perineum,analgesic effect and the time of the second stage of labor were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of perineal nerve block anesthesia on natural childbirth was significant.
