摘要
目的:对68例极低出生体重儿的出生前后情况及救治体会进行总结。方法:回顾分析68例极低出生体重儿的救治经过。结果:治愈53例,好转2例,带氧出院,治愈好转率为80.88%。院内死亡2例,放弃治疗12例。结论:产儿科密切配合,出生后系统全面的管理、随访可提高极低出生体重儿的生存率及改善长期预后。
Objective:To summarize the situation of 68 cases of very low birth weight infants before and after birth,and the experience of treatment.Methods:The treatment on 68 cases of extremely low birth weight infants were reviewed and analyzed.Results:There 53 cases were cured,2 cases were improved,oxygen was discharged from hospital,the cure rate was 80.88%,2 cases died in hospital and 12 cases were abandoned.Conclusion:The close cooperation of paediatrics,comprehensive management and follow-up after birth can improve the survival rate of very low birth weight infants and improve the long-term prognosis.
