艾灸穴位治疗胃癌患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy by moxibustion at acupoints

目的:探讨艾灸穴位治疗胃癌患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的疗效。方法:收治化疗后出现恶心、呕吐患者78例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合艾灸治疗、结果:治疗后两组患者恶心分级比较有差异(P=0.000)。观察组患者呕吐治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可改善化疗患者的肠胃功能,缓解恶心、呕吐症状,且安全性较好,可推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of moxibustion acupoint on nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:78 patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy were selected.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group combined with moxibustion based on the routine treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of nausea in the two groups were different(P=0.000).The effective rate of vomiting treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion can improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with chemotherapy,alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,and have good safety,so it can be recommended.
