摘要
目的:探讨养心氏片治疗老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:收治老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。治疗组给予养心氏片联合常规治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果:12周后,治疗组在心绞痛发作次数、代谢当量、6 min步行距离方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养心氏片可以增加老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的活动耐量,进而提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yangxin tablet in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes.Methods:110 patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The treatment group were given the conventional treatment of Yangxin,and the control group were given routine treatment.Results:After 12 weeks,the number of angina pectoris episodes,metabolic equivalent and 6 min walking distance in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin tablet can increase the activity tolerance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes,and then improve their quality of life.
