使用便捷式血糖仪在社区糖尿病管理中的体会

Experience of using convenient blood glucose meter in the management of community diabetes

目的:进一步明确血糖仪的稳定性、重复性、准确性,并促进其在社区广泛使用,教会社区糖尿病患者用监测结果绘制简单折线图,提高社区糖尿病管理规范率和控制率。方法:分析社区管理糖尿病患者232例的血糖和血糖仪使用情况,绘制折线图;再随机抽取社区体检者500例,采用达乐2208血糖仪测定血糖和检测生化血糖,比较检测结果。结果:用现有社区资料所绘折线图较粗糙;社区所用达乐2208有良好的稳定性,与生化血糖结果有很好的相关性。结论:达乐2208测定血糖结果准确可靠,有利于控制血糖,减少并发症。

Objective:To further clarify the stability,repeatability,accuracy of the glycemic instrument,and promote its extensive use in the community,to teach community diabetic patients to draw a simple folding map with monitoring results,to improve the standard rate and control rate of diabetes management in the community.Methods:We analyzed the blood glucose and the use of glycemic apparatus in 232 diabetic patients in the community,and drew the fold line.500 cases of community medical examiners were selected,we used Dale 2208 glucose meter to measure blood sugar and detect biochemical blood sugar and compared the results.Results:The folded line drawing from the existing community data was relatively rough.The Dale 2208 used in the community had good stability and had a good correlation with the biochemical blood sugar results.Conclusion:The result of Dale2208 determination of blood sugar was accurate and reliable,which was beneficial to control blood sugar and reduce complications.
