缺血性脑卒中患者应用卒中单元护理管理模式的价值探析

Analysis of the value of stroke unit nursing management model in patients with ischemic stroke

目的:探究缺血性脑卒中患者应用卒中单元护理管理模式的价值。方法:收治缺血性脑卒中患者77例,所有患者均为阿替普酶溶栓患者。随机分两组,对照组采用常规的护理管理模式;观察组应用卒中单元护理管理模式。比较两组患者缺血性脑卒中患者转归;干预前后NIHSS评分、Rankin评分、FIM评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组缺血性脑卒中患者转归优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后NIHSS评分、Rankin评分、FIM评分比对照组好(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者应用卒中单元护理管理模式的价值高,可改善患者神经功能和独立生活能力,提高其满意度,促进患者转归。

Objective:To study on the value of stroke unit nursing management model in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:77 patients with ischemic stroke were selected,all patients were opiopenzyme thrombolytic patients.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was treated with normal nursing management model,while the observation group was treated with stroke unit nursing management model.We compared the outcome of two groups of patients with ischemic stroke,NIHSS score before and after intervention,Rankin score,FIM score and nursing satisfaction.Results:The outcome of patients with ischemic stroke in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score,Rankin score and FIM score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is high value of stroke unit nursing management model in patients with ischemic stroke,the patient's nerve function and independent living ability could be improved,their satisfaction coulde be improved,the prognosis of patients could be promoted.
