全方位护理在手术室创伤急救中的应用效果

The effect of omni-directional nursing in the first aid of trauma in operation room

目的:探讨全方位护理在手术室创伤急救中的应用效果。方法:收治创伤急救患者90例,对照组(43例)给予常规急救护理,观察组(47例)进行全方位护理。结果:观察组手术准备时间、院内抢救时间、术后送入病房的时间均显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抢救有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予创伤急救患者进行全方位护理,缩短抢救时间,患者的抢救有效率较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of omni-directional nursing in the emergency treatment of trauma in the operation room.Methods:90 cases of first aid patients were selected,the control group(with 43 cases) were given routine emergency care,and the observation group(with 47 cases) were given full range of nursing.Results:The time of operation preparation,hospital rescue time and postoperative delivery time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omni-directional nursing care for patients with trauma emergency can shorten the rescue time,and effective to improve the patient's rescue.
