摘要
目的:分析山东省儿科医护人员的现状,并提出解决措施。方法:查阅山东省统计年鉴等资料,统计儿科医护人员数、诊疗人次数。结果:山东省儿科医护比未达到国家标准;山东省每千名儿童对应医护数远低于每千人执业医护数;山东省儿科诊疗人次总体上升;与经济相近地区比较,山东省0~14岁每千名儿童儿科医生数高于重庆市,低于江苏省(P<0.05),儿童诊疗人次数上升明显加快(P<0.05)。结论:山东省儿科医护人员短缺的状况十分突出。要解决该现状,政府要采取有效对策,医院要合理配置资源,高校要积极试点。
Objective:To analyze the current situation of paediatric medical staff in Shandong Province and put forward some solutions.Methods:We had consulted the statistical yearbook and other data of Shandong Province to count the number of paediatric medical staff and the number of diagnosis and treatment.Results:The paediatric medical care ratio in Shandong Province had not reached the national standard.The number of medical staff for every thousand children was far below the number of medical staff for every thousand cases.The number of pediatric diagnosis and treatment in Shandong Province was generally rising.Compared with the area with similar economy,the number of pediatricians for every thousand children of 0 to 14 years old in Shandong Province was higher than that of Chongqing City,and was lower than that of Jiangsu Province(P<0.05),the increase in the number of children's diagnosis and treatment was obviously accelerated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The shortage of paediatric medical staff in Shandong Province was very prominent.In order to solve the present situation,the government needed to take effective countermeasures,hospitals needed to allocate resources rationally,and universities needed to be actively pilot.
