高校全方位育人背景下家长的参与途径研究

Research on Parental Participation in the Context of All-round Education in Universities

在全国高校思想政治工作会议上,习近平总书记提出了要实现全程育人、全方位育人的总体要求。深入思考高校的学生思想教育管理工作,作者展开了一项关于家长参与高校学生教育管理工作的调查研究。研究中发现,家长有参与相关工作的意愿,但大部分家长对学校基本制度、政策及管理工作了解甚微,又缺少了解和参与的途径,故很难发挥作用。考虑到家长作为学生的第一任教师更是终身教师,高校要实现全方位育人的总体要求,家长的参与途径值得深入研究。

In the national ideological and political work conference,XI Jinping,general secretary required toachieve the goal of being educated within whole path and whole angles. Considering the efforts that have been donethrough ideology management,the author unfolded a research,which is pointing to the parents of freshman,regarding tothe management and education in each universities. This research indicates that though parents are willing to participateand support the routine in school,they barely have the basic knowledge of policies while managing and carrying outworks. Thus,it＇s hard for parents to play an important role in the middle of management. For the same reason,we shouldhave more reflection to finally fullfill the requirement of having a full path education.
