摘要
旅游业的蓬勃发展使得旅游人才的需求不断扩大,然而中职生由于年龄小阅历少,往往达不到企业的用人要求而被拒之门外。要解决旅游人才的供需矛盾,就需要构建新型校企合作模式,充分利用行业组织平台,多为学生在学习阶段创设真实的学习情境,极大地调动学生学习的积极性,同时减少企业培训成本,达到校企双赢的效果。
The rapid development of tourism has made the demand for tourism talents constantly expanding.However,secondary vocational school students are often excluded from the employment requirements of enterprisesbecause of their small age and little experience. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand oftourism talents,we need to build a new mode of cooperation,make full use of the organization platform for students tocreate a real industry,the learning situation,greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of students,at the same time reduce trainingcost,achieve enterprise double win.
