经济发展和经济结构调整影响着人才需求和结构变化,人才资源与经济增长密切相关。我们希望积极探索新的行之有效的人才培养体系,真正培养水平过硬的具有"工匠精神"的制造加工行业企业基层技术操作工人、技术管理岗位人员,跟上转型发展的需要。因此,我校开展了技能培养人才市场需求调研。

Economic development and economic restructuring affect the demand and structure of talents,and talentresources are closely related to economic growth. It hope to be able to actively explore new effective personnel trainingsystem,the level of training really hard with a spirit of the craftsman＇s manufacturing industry enterprise technicaloperation workers,technical management job personnel at the grass-roots level,to keep up with the needs of thedevelopment of transformation. Therefore,our school has carried out a research on market demand for skills training.
