Prevalence Survey on Employment Attitude of Students with Associate Degree in Clinical Medicine——Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

医学院校办学条件得到较大的改善,招生规模的不断扩大,临床医学毕业生数量和学历的大大提高,导致临床专科学生就业竞争严峻。而目前临床专科学生对此重视不足,因此必需采取积极的措施来引导学生建立正确的就业观。

The conditions of medical colleges and universities are upgraded remarkably,and the quantity and degreeof graduates majoring in Clinical Medicine are are significantly improved,leading to the fierce competition among theemployment of students with Associate Degree in Clinical Medicine. At present,students with Associate Degree inClinical Medicine are not aware of the reality. Therefore,it is necessary to take positive measures to guide students toestablish the adequate employment attitude.
