伴随目前民宿业的发展潮流,针对中国民宿业的发展诟病,在乡村旅游和民宿业的发展与建设过程中,民宿业不单单是乡村旅游中"住在乡村"的简单形式。充分了解乡土文化在民宿业中的表达形态,挖掘民宿背后的乡土文化内涵,有利于民宿业的理性开发和长足发展。本文抓住了民宿的文化内涵,即乡土性、人文性、物质性和精神性等,对构建传统乡土文化和乡土文化回归这两种主要表达形态进行了详细的研究,旨在从文化特色入手,打造更加独特和规范的乡土民宿。

Following the trend of the homestay development,according to Chinese innkeepers criticized in therural tourism industry and the process of the development and construction of the B＆ B,B＆B industry is not alonethesimple form in rural tourism in the country. Fully understanding the expression form local culture in the pensionindustry,mining behind the local pension the cultural connotation,which can be rational development and rapiddevelopment of the industry to the hostel. This paper grasps the hostel culture connotation,namely vernacular,humanity,material and spirit,to construct the traditional local culture and local culture and return to the two main expression formare studied in detail,which aims to start from the cultural characteristics,creating a more unique and norms of the localpension.
