以学生为中心的民办高校的学分制教学改革途径

Study on the Way of Education Reformation of Credit System of Private Colleges in China

学分制以学生为中心、注重个性发展、支持学生跨专业和跨学科选课,有利于培养创新型和复合型人才,已受到国家和高校的广泛关注。本文通过文献调研对高校特别是民办高校的完全学分制改革途径和对策进行了研究。研究认为课程全开放或半开放,开出足够数量的和高质量的课程,扩大兼职教师比例和与其他高校教师资源共享、建立完善导师制、利用现代信息技术建立高效的教学管理信息系统、制定学分制收费管理办法和保证每个学分的含金量、增大教学资源利用率是民办高校进行学分制改革的主要途径。

The credit system is the best way to training innovative talent and inter-disciplinary talent for it paysmuch attention to individuality development and giving student flexibility to select courses that interest them most invarious disciplines,and therefore the system has been attracted much attention of state and universities. The paper studiesthe way of education reformation of credit system of colleges,especially the private colleges by literature investigation.Open or semi-open all courses to all student to provide adequate and high quality courses,increase the number ofpart-time teacher and share teachers with other universities,establish and improve the tutorial system,set up efficientteaching management system by high-tech,formulate charging management of credit system and guarantee the qualityof each credit enlarge,and enlarge the utilization rate of teaching resources will be the ways of credit system reformation.
