实习教学作为实践育人的重要环节之一,由于受到实习资源的限制,在实习教学过程中出现了一系列问题。近年来,湖北工业大学深化实习教学改革,从实习单位供给侧需要为突破口,探索出以"集中管理的分组实习"为主体,以实习基地建设与校企合作办班为两翼的改革路径,取得良好效果。

The practice teaching as one of the important link of practice education,due to the limitation of trainingresources,a series of problems in the process of practice teaching,in recent years,deepening the reform of practiceteaching,hubei university of technology from internship units supply side needs as the breakthrough point,explore to thecentralized management of group practice ＂as the main body,according to the construction of practice base and the classpath for the reform of the wing university-enterprise cooperation,achieve good effect.
