摘要
教学效能感是教师从事教学活动的重要力量来源,是指导教学活动和进行教学改革的重要观测点。本文在综述教学效能感理论研究成果的基础上,结合工商管理类运筹学课程实践教学的体会,基于实践目标与效果反馈,展开自我效能感和教学效能感的研究。
Teaching efficacy is an important source for the teaching activities,which is an observation point ofteaching activities and transformation of education. This paper reviews the research result about teaching efficacy,combining the course practice teaching of operational research for Mater of Business Administration,and then conductsastudy on self-efficacy and teaching efficacy based on practical goals and effect feedback.
