如何在独立学院英语教学中构建和谐师生关系初探——以烟台大学文经学院为例

The Primary Exploration of Constructing Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship in English Teaching of Independent Colleges——Illustrated by the Case of Wenjing College,Yantai University

高等教育教学中对师生关系的密切关注是人文关怀的重要体现。和谐的师生关系在我们独立学院英语教学中也扮演着日益重要的角色。然而,当前教学中存在师生关系淡漠,矛盾、冲突加剧等现象,不仅严重影响了学生的学习兴趣,也使得独立学院英语教学效果大打折扣。本文以独立学院独特的教师队伍与生源背景为出发点,针对师生关系现状,积极探索构建和谐师生关系的方法,为进一步改善独立学院英语教学中师生关系提供可行性建议。

The close attention to teacher-student relationship in higher education and teaching is an importantembodiment of humanistic care. Harmonious teacher-student relationship also plays an increasingly important role inEnglish teaching of independent colleges. However,there exist indifferent,conflict and contradictory phenomena inEnglish teaching,which affected students＇ learning interest and reduced the English teaching efficiency in independentcolleges. Aimed at the current situation of teacher-students relationship,this paper actively explores approaches to buildaharmonious relationship between teachers and students.
