摘要
针对信息全球化和经济全球化带来的教育全球化挑战,因地制宜地提出并实践高职学院与国际知名企业合作培养国际化技术技能人才举措,基于产教融合,提升"厂中校"内涵,深化人才培养模式改革,达成培养符合国际职业资格标准的电梯产业国际化高素质技术技能人才,以适应地域产业升级转型的人才需求以及高技能型劳动力的国际迁移。
In view of the challenge of globalization of education caused by information globalization and economicglobalization,according to local conditions to put forward and practice requirements for training of internationaltechnical skills talent through cooperation between vocational college and internationally renowned enterprises,based onthe integration of industry and education,enhance the connotation of ＂school in the factory＂,deepening the reform oftalent training model,and to achieve training of international technical skills talent and meet international vocationalstandard of elevator industry,and to adapt to local talent needs for industrial upgrading and transformation andinternational migration of highly skilled labor.
