摘要
从社会网络关系理论出发,基于悖论视角,采用扎根理论方法,构建了企业关键主体角色转换,即网络关系再造动态理论模型。研究表明,被视为悖论的企业关键主体通过角色转换激发网络关系再造及促进网络关系类型、多样性和强度的转换;网络关系再造对角色转换有正向反馈作用。由此,揭示了企业内悖论主体的不同角色形式与外部网络关系的内在作用机理。
Based on the social network theory and from the perspective of paradox lens, this research adopts grounded theory to investigate the key role transformation of enterprise, with dynamic theory model of network ties reconstruction. The findings show that the key individual of the enter- prise, regarded as the main body of the paradox, promotes the network ties reconstruction through the role transformation, which will stimulate the change of the type, diversity and the strength of net-work ties. The network ties reconstruction has a positive feedback for the role transformation. Thus, this study reveals the internal mechanism of the relationship between the different roles of the subject and the external network ties inside the enterprise.
