The Development Strategy of Real Estate Development Enterprises Under the Background of the New Normal

随着中国经济的迅猛发展,房地产经济也发展迅速,新常态成为我国经济发展的关键。基于此,论文以新常态背景下房地产开发企业的发展作为研究对象,对新常态对房地产开发企业的影响,房地产开发企业存在的基本问题以及房地产开发企业的发展策略进行分析,进而对房地产开发企业资本运作和企业结构的问题进行研究并提出参考性建议。

With the rapid development of China's economy, real estate economic also developed rapidly, the new normal has become the key of China's economic development. Based on this, this paper takes the real estate development enterprise under the new normal background as the research object, analyzes the affects of new normal on real estate development enterprise, the problems existing in real estate enterprise and the development strategy, then researches the capital operation and enterprise's structure of real estate development enterprise, and puts forward the reference suggestions.
