摘要
论文从PPP融资出发,先对其内涵形式等进行探讨,而后以水利工程为基础,分析其项目分类以及PPP融资的适用性,最后就水利融资以PPP为基础的模式进行总结,以期为确保水利融资更为高效并推动水利建设做出贡献。
Based on PPP financing, this paper first discusses its connotation form, and then on the basis of the water conservancy project,analyzes the project classification and the applicability of PPP financing, finally summarizes the PPP financing model of hydraulic engineering, so as to ensure that water conservancy financing is more efficient and make contribution to promote the construction of water conservancy.
