输电线路工面临着特有的工作环境,如高空、高温、野外等,加之工作要求的不断提高,输电线路工的工作强度和职业压力问题日益凸显。论文通过理性分析当前线路工职业压力现状,找到症结所在,并对如何缓解职工压力问题展开系统思考和研究,提出相应的解决方法,为企业和员工的共同发展提供人性化的依据和活力。

The transmission line workers are facing with special working environment, such as high altitude, high temperature, field, etc., with the continuous improvement of the work requirements, the work intensity and professional pressure of the transmission line workers are becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the rational analysis of the current situation of occupational stress of line workers, the paper finds the crux of the problem, and makes systematic thinking and research on how to alleviate the pressure of workers, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, so as to provide a humane basis and vitality for the common development of enterprises and employees.
