摘要
农村劳动力转移是解决农村劳动力富裕的有效方式,是实现脱贫致富的关键内容之一。论文主要从影响新疆少数民族地区农村劳动力转移的因素展开讨论,并就这些制约因素给出相应的解决办法,以期为相关工作者提供参考和借鉴。
The rural labor transfer is a effective way to solve the affluence of rural labor, and it is one of the key contents of poverty alleviation.This article mainly discusses the influence factors of rural labor transfer in Xinjiang minority area, and gives corresponding solutions according to these factors, in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
