摘要
高铁出行已经成为城市生活的一部分,高速铁路枢纽作为乘客体验高铁服务的起点和终点,也是乘客最直接感受高铁服务品质的场所。论文对高速铁路枢纽乘客满意度进行了研究,通过对评价指标的选取和评价方法的研究,为高速铁路枢纽站根据自身情况建立一套乘客满意度评价体系提供参考依据。
High speed rail has become a part of urban life. As a passenger's starting point and destination of high-speed rail service, high-speed railway hub is also the place where passengers feel directly the service quality of high-speed rail. In this paper, the passenger satisfaction of high-speed railway hub is studied. By studying the evaluation index and evaluation method, it provides reference for establishing a set of passenger satisfaction evaluation system according to the situation of high-speed railway hub.
