当前,国网公司正深化"五位一体"(职责、流程、制度、标准、考核)机制建设,国网荆州市荆州区供电公司紧密结合工作实际,通过督察督办有力抓手,将"五位一体"管理机制引入督察督办管理,构建"五位一体"督察督办管理体系。将"三集五大"体系建设的要求落实到具体业务,落实到具体员工,融入具体工作过程中,指导、激励、提升员工个人综合素质,使办公室人员更好地统筹协调起来,进一步确保"三集五大"体系的高效运转。

Currently, Sate Grid is deepening the "Five in One"(responsibilities, processes, systems, standards, assessment) mechanism construction, State Grid Jingzhou District of Jingzhou City Power Supply Company closely combining with working practice, through supervision management, introduced the "Five in One" management mechanism into inspection and supervision management, to build a "Five in One" inspection and supervision management system.
