Thoughts on Strengthening the Ideological and Political Work of Construction Enterprises Under the New Situation

我国经济迅猛发展,各行各业也发展迅速。在新形势下,企业经济发展迅速,对企业思想文化的要求也逐渐提高。鉴于此,论文对新形势下如何加强施工企业思想政工工作进行研究,通过阐述加强施工企业思想政工工作的重要性、新形势下施工企业思想政工工作存在的问题和解决途径,进而提出几点参考性建议。此次研究的主要目的是为了提升施工企业的思想水平,进而为促进企业发展献力。

China's economy has developed rapidly and various industries have developed rapidly. Under the new situation, the enterprise economy develops rapidly, and the demand for enterprise's ideology and culture gradually increases. In view of this, this paper studies on how to strengthen the ideological and political work in construction enterprises under the new situation, explores the importance of strengthening the ideological and political work of construction enterprise, and analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political work of construction enterprise under the new situation, and puts forward the solutions, for reference. The purpose of this study is to improve the ideological level of construction enterprise, and contribute to enterprise development.
