随着大数据技术的到来,赋予了ERP系统更多的应用,能够在提升财务核算效率的基础上更好地为企业决策提供数据支持。但是,在目前的制造企业,ERP系统的应用还不是很理想,很难达到预期的效果,特别是在成本管理方面仍存在较多的问题,严重阻碍了成本管理在企业经营发展中的作用。因此,论文从制造企业推行ERP系统成本管理模块过程中遇到的问题入手,提出了应对措施,使ERP系统成本管理真正发挥其作用。

The advent of large data technology gives more applications to the ERP system. It can provide data support for enterprise decision-making better on the basis of improving the efficiency of financial accounting. However, in the current manufacturing enterprises, the application of ERP system is not very ideal, so it is difficult to achieve the desired results, especially in terms of cost management, there are still many problems, which seriously hinders the role of cost management in the development of enterprises. Therefore, starting from the problems encountered by manufacturing enterprises in implementing ERP system cost management module, this paper puts forward countermeasures to make ERP system cost management play its role.
