安全施工是建筑行业发展的基础,当前我国建筑行业的安全施工管理还存在一些问题,如,安全管理机制不健全、安全管理人员意识淡薄等等,使施工安全隐患较大,不利于建筑行业的健康发展。基于此,论文主要对建筑施工安全管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,希望能够提高建筑施工管理质量。

Safety construction is the basis of the development of construction industry. At present, there are still some problems in the safety construction management of China’s construction industry. For example, the safety management mechanism is not perfect, and the awareness of safety management personnel is weak, which makes the construction safety hidden danger, it is not conducive to the healthy development of the construction industry either. Based on this, the paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction safety management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, hoping to improve the quality of construction management.
