基层单位安全监督中人的问题难点及对策——以宝石机械公司精密加工厂为例

海因里希"事故因果连锁理论"认为:事故是由人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态引发的,而人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态是由人的缺点造成的。基层单位的安全监督工作直接跟人打交道。作者结合工作实践,就基层单位安全监督工作面临的人的问题、难点进行了梳理剖析,并提出了相应的对策。

Heinrich’s ＂Accident Causation Chain Theory＂ thinks that accidents are caused by human’s unsafe behavior and the unsafe state of things, and human’s unsafe behavior and the unsafe state of matter are caused by human’s shortcomings. The security supervision work of the grass-roots units directly deals with people. In combination with the work practice, the author analyzes the problems and difficulties faced by the security supervision of the grass-roots units, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
