关于铁路客运服务体系创新的思考

Thinking About the Innovation of Railway Passenger Service System

现阶段,铁路客运以技术、服务等为基础得以蓬勃发展,而其诸如运能受限以及设施缺陷等使其客运服务存有较大制约。论文就铁路客运相应特点、现存问题等进行探讨,并从服务创新出发进行策略总结,以期为强化客运服务做出贡献。

At the present stage, railway passenger transport is booming on the basis of technology and service, but limited transport capacity and facility defects restrict the development of passenger service. This paper discusses the characteristics and existing problems of railway passenger transport, and summarizes the strategies from the perspective of service innovation, so as to contribute to strengthening passenger services.
