随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深入,各个企业的管理机制也逐渐健全和完善,与此同时,企业党政思想工作所发挥的作用也越来越明显。论文首先分析了当前企业党政思想工作在企业管理中的作用及其存在的一些问题,并提出了有效的改善对策,供相关工作者参考。

With the gradual deepening of the market economy system reform, the management mechanism of each enterprise is gradually perfected and improved, meanwhile, the role of the enterprise party and government ideological work is more and more obvious. At first, the paper analyzes the function and some problems of the current enterprise’s party and government ideological work in enterprise management, and puts forward effective countermeasures, for reference.
